Migrating from a multi-vendor rewards and advocacy platform, this mobile accessory company was looking to build their brand on their own platform, where they could incentivize learning through targeted Learn 2 Earn programs during major drive times that coincided with partner product launches.
Initial Goals & Objectives focused on the first four months of the program, and the lead-up to the holiday season. The main objective was to engage Retail Sales Associates of certain retailers and carriers with a giveaway program.
HALIGHT's solution provided a Learning Management Platform that was fully branded to the client. and provided them with flexibility to run giveaways that suited their needs. During the launch and holiday drive time, the platform was heavily focused on encouraging engagement and interaction with 3 key eLearning modules by utilizing product coupon giveaways.

In 2018, this Mobile Phone Manufacturer issued an RFP for an innovative Learning Management System, to be implemented globally in 14 languages. The solution was to update the user experience from their current platform and allow retail sales associates to learn, earn and record product sales using unique codes.
Approximately 20,000 users were migrated globally, and goals were set to hit 50,000+ users at the end of year one. In addition, a major driving objective was related to the Submit a Sale feature and the sell to earn promotion at participating carriers and retailers.
HALIGHT's solution provided a Learning Management Platform that was fully branded to the client. Transitioning from an existing dedicated learning platform, the new implementation was to provide them with flexibility to run giveaways that suited their needs, while also allowing users to be incentivized to sell product.
